Madhya Pradesh - Design and Engineering services for Augmentation of 220/132/33kV MSDS-6, Installation of New 132/11kV GIS substations at MSDS-5 and MSDS-8 in Bhilai Steel Plant, SAIL. (Job entrusted by STEIL)
Scope of Work :
Satcon offers the following Prebid Engineering services for the above mentioned work of SAIL Package-1 and Package-2 :
1. Site visit to SAIL, BSP and collection of site measurements and inputs. It is not possible to take up this work without site visit.
2. Preparation of the following drawings :
a. General layout showing disposition of all major units and interconnection with the existing facilities.
b. General arrangement drawings of all units, equipment and systems with relevant dimensions.
c. Power Single line diagrams of MSDS-5, MSDS-6, MSDS-8, MSDS-3, 11kV BICO / CIBO panels.
3. Preparation of Prebid BOQ, estimation and measurement sheets of the following equipment and works :
a. 220kV, 132kV and 11kV major equipment.
b. Switchyard erection materials like conductor, hardware, clamps, connectors, post and string insulators.
c. 11kV Indoor Switchgear (BICO and CIBO panels).
d. 11kV Bus duct.
e. 220kV and 132kV Control and Relay panels.
f. Power and control cables and cabling materials like cable trays, termination kits etc.
g. Earthing and lightning protection materials.
h. LV AC and DC auxiliary systems, ACDB, MLDB, Battery, Battery chargers, DCDB.
i. Substation automation system (SAS).
j. Indoor and outdoor lighting system.
k. Steel structures for the gantry tower, beams and equipment support structures.
l. Architectural work for the Control and Switchgear building, GIS building.
m. Civil work for the foundation of GIS building, Switchyard equipment and towers, Control & Switchgear building, 160MVA/80MVA/50MVA Transformer foundation and oil pit, Transformer fire wall, 1000kVA Aux. Transformer, Burnt oil tank, Outdoor cable trenches, drainage system, boundary wall, fence, gate, Fire fighting pump house and reservoir, internal roads and approach road.
n. Fire Detection and Alarm System.
o. Fire fighting system – Fire hydrant and HVWS systems.
p. Air conditioning and ventilation system.
q. Substation automation system (SAS).
r. Submission of measurement sheets for the above BOQs.
4. Answering to Bidder’s queries.
5. Review of Bidder’s offers for major equipment.
