Jharkhand - Detail Engineering services for 132/33kV, 2 x 80MVA Grid Substation at Tundi of JUSNL

Scope of Work :

The scope of work shall include the Design and Engineering services for all works (Electrical, civil, structural, SAS) of 132/33kV, 2x80MVA Grid substation including construction of Control Room Building, Store, Security room, approach road and other civil works at Tundi of JUSNL. Following drawings and design calculations shall be submitted :

1. All electrical SLDs, protection and metering SLD, LV AC & DC SLDs,

2. Electrical Layout plan & elevation drawing, Erection key diagram, Electrical layout of Control room building.

3. All indoor and outdoor cable trench layout drawing, Earthing calculation and layout drawing with BOM, DSLP calculation and DSLP layout drawing with BOM, Indoor and outdoor illumination calculation by Dialux and Lighting layout drawings.

4. Power and control cable schedules and interconnection diagrams, All electrical design calculations, sizing calculations, CT & VT sixzing calculation, Relay setting charts, 

5. Overall structural layout, structural design calculations by Staad pro and structural GA drawings of different Gantry towers, beams, Lightning masts, and Equipment support structures,

6. Civil design calculation and reinforcement detail drawings of Transformer foundation and Oil collection pit, Common burnt oil tank, gantry tower and equipment support structure's foundations, road, drainage anbd rain water harvesting,

7. Civil design calculation and reinforcement detail drawings of Control building, Store, Dormitory, Security gate house, DG house etc.

8. Fire protection system design and drawings,

9. Fire detection and alarm system design and drawings,

10 HVAC system design and drawings.

Our services will also include review and approval of Vendor drawings for 132kV and 33kV Control & Relay panels and Substation automation system (SAS).
