West Bengal - Detail engineering services including Soil resistivity measurement for 33/11-6kV Barisha East Distribution Station of CESC

Scope of Work :

The scope of work shall include the following design and drawings work for the 33/11kV Barisha East Indoor Distribution Station (DS) of CESC :

a. Soil resistivity testing and submission of SRT Report. Salient features of the test is,

- Number of points of test : 2 points.

- Method : 4 Wenner method, IS 3043 / IEEE 81.

- Electrode spacing : 1, 3, 9m

- Number of directions : 8 (N, S, E, W)

b. Earthing system design comprising of, 

- Earthing calculation as per IS 3043 and IEEE 80. 

- Earthing layout drawing and BOQ.

- Typical Earthing installation notes and details.

c. Lightning protection system design comprising of,

- Lightning protection design calculation as per IS/IEC 62305.

- Lightning protection layout with BOQ for the DS building.

- Typical installation details of Lighting protection system.

d. Lighting design and drawings comprising of,

- Indoor and Outdoor lighting calculation by Dialux software.

- Indoor and Outdoor Lighting and power socket layout with BOQ.

- Conduit layout and BOQ of DS building.

- SLD of power distribution to Indoor and Outdoor lighting and sockets.

- Lighting and Power socket installation typical details with Notes.

e. Indoor and Outdoor Cable Tray and Trench route layout plan & details with BOQ of trays, supports and accessories.

f. Power and control cable schedule, ferrule schedule and interconnection charts of MV and LV cables.

g. Preparation of As built drawings for the above scope of work. Visit to the site for collection of measurements / relevant data.
