1. 0. Scope of Work and Methodology

1. 1. The scope of work shall include the following

1. 1. 1. Complete Electrical, Civil and Structural Detail Design and Engineering services for the Construction of 2x15 MVA, 66/11 KV GIS substation including all indoor and outdoor works of the substation Indian Port Rail & Ropeway Corporation Limited for Development of National Maritime Heritage complex at Lothal, Gujarat (South Infra).

1. 1. 2. Design and Engineering services for the Mechanical and Plumbing systems of the Substation.

1. 1. 3. Preparation of Technical specifications of various EHV, HV, and LV equipment of the substation.

1. 1. 4. Assistance for vendor short listing and vendor selection.

1. 1. 5. Vendor drawing review and approval of different electrical equipment.

1. 1. 6. Providing technical assistance to DCEPL by telephone/online meet/physical mode for obtaining approval of drawings from IPRRCL & IIT.

1. 1. 7. Witnessing of FAT at manufacturer’s works at man day rate extra.

1. 1. 8. Supervision of maximum 90 calendar days duration of Electrical erection, testing and commissioning of the substation.

            Our scope of work is limited to the equipment, facilities and works shown in the SLD and Layout of the 66/11kV GIS substation received from you with your enquiry.

            Following drawings, documents and services will be submitted / provided :

1.      Detailed BOQ for Electrical, Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Plumbing works in excel and PDF format.

2.      Design, drawings, and calculations in PDF format for Electrical, Civil, Structural, Substation Automation, Mechanical and Plumbing systems.

3.      Equipment selection and preparing procurement specs.

4.      Verification of vendor submitted GTP / GADs.

5.         Optional services : Supervision of electrical erection, testing and commissioning by deputing one (1) engineer at site for maximum 90 calendar days. Transport, Air fare, boarding, lodging, local transport to be arranged and paid by you.
