USA - Electrical Design, Engineering and Consultancy services for Solar and Wind Power Generation, Battery Energy Storage system (BESS) Substations, 345kV to 34.5kV

Scope of Work :

Carrying out following consultancy services for various clients in USA for 345kV, 138kV, 66kV, 34.5kV, 13.8kV substations of Solar and Wind power plants : 

1. Preparation of SLD of 345/34.5kV HGIS substation.

2. Preparation of SLD and Layout drawings of 66/34.5kV Outdoor AIS substations.

3. Preparation of Technical specifications of all 66kV and 34.5kV substation equipment including Control, Relay panels and Substation automation system.

4. QA/QC (Review and comments) of LV AC sizing calculation (Station service transformer, breakers, cables etc.).

5. QA/QC (Review and comments) of DC system sizing calculation (Battery and Battery charger).

6. Preparation of AC and DC system sizing calculations as per relevant IEEE standard.

7. QA/QC (Review and comments) of LV voltage drop calculations and Conduit fill ratios.

8. QA/QC (Review and comments) of Protection and Control schematics / wiring diagrams for EHV substations.

9. QA/QC (Review and comments) of Single line and Three line diagrams of EHV Substations of Solar, Wind and Battery Energy Storage System projects.

10. Review of 345kV Hybrid GIS, 34.5kV GIS, EHV Transformers (150MVA), Disconnects, LA, CT, CVT, VT, Metering CT/VT etc. for EHV substation.

11. Review of RFP of Solar and BESS projects and associated Substations for grid interconnection.
