USA - Detail Engineering for 138kV Double Circuit Transmission line from TNMP substation (Utility) to 138/13.8kV Substation of 450MW West Texas Datacenter in USA (Photo is indicative)

Scope of Work :

The scope of work shall include basic and detailed design and engineering services for electrical, civil, structural works of 138kV Overhead line for 300MW Data Centre in West Texas. Our services shall also include procurement support (Preparation of Technical specs, Bid evaluation and Vendor drawing review), shop drawings and IFCs (issued for construction) for the following works of the Overhead line :

- Electrical design works comprising of,

a. Detail drawing showing receiving the conductors from the TNMP Point of Interconnection (POI) pole / tower.
b. Transmission line route layout plan and profile showing crossing of existing overhead lines.
c. Tower schedule.
d. ACSR conductor sizing calculation.
e. Sag & Tension calculation of phase conductors.
f. Sag profile drawing.
g. Sag & Tension calculation of Shield wire.
h. Clearance diagram of different type of Towers.
i. One line diagram of different type of Towers showing details of crossing of existing overhead lines.
j. Tower earthing details, calculation and BOM.
k. BOM of conductor, insulators, hardware strings, phase identification plates, Phase marking plates, Danger plates, aviation warning spheres, anti-climbing device etc.
l. Technical specification of Transmission line materials.

- Steel structural design works comprising of,

a. GA drawings of different type of steel lattice type towers.
b. Steel structural design calculation.
c. Fabrication and shop drawings of the Towers.
d. Technical specification of Steel structural work.

- Civil design works comprising of,

a. Foundation drawings of different type of Towers.
b. Foundation design calculation for different type of Towers.

Designs shall comply with American standards and IEC, Eurocode as applicable.
