Iraq - Design and Engineering Services for Electrical Integration phase II, 33/11kV Indoor DGS at Zubair & Rafidiya (On behalf of Hambleton Holding Inc.)

Scope of Services :

The scope of services of the Consulting Firm shall be in compliance with the Tender document of ENI. The following services were envisaged 

1. 1. Site visit for data collection, attending kick off meeting.
2. 2. Collection of drawings, technical particulars, test report etc. of the existing substation equipment having relation with the new Substation projects.
3. 3. Preparation and submission to Client for approval of the drawings, design calculations, technical specifications, BOQs and As-Built drawings for Electrical, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, SCADA, Automation, Communication works of the Substations and Overhead transmission line / Cables

5. Consulting Firm’s Responsibility
6. 1. Build a Project team comprising of experts having similar experience to execute the Design work.
7. 2. Prepare and Submit the Master Document Register indicating detailed List of deliverables of all the documents to be produced as necessary to meet the Scope of Work requirements.
8. 3. Conducting preliminary site survey and data collection. Visit to existing Substations for verification of interfaces with this project.
9. 4. Collect design documents of existing substations at Zubair and Rafidiya from Client and study the same to design the new electrical system.
10. 5. Study of various inputs provided by the Client and applying them in Design and Drawings.
11. 6. Preparation of design drawings and documents (Electrical, Civil, Structural, SCADA, Communication, HVAC, Fire protection).
12. 7. Conducting Environmental and Social survey for the Project and preparation of documents related to Environmental, Safety and Quality requirements.
13. 8. Attending Project meetings with Client through physical attendance and / or online mode.
14. 9. Revision of drawings and documents based on Client’s comments until final approval.
