Scope of Work :
Satcon is offering the following services in this project :
1. Preparation of the following drawings :
i. Protection and metering single line diagram of the 220/33kV Substation.
ii. Overall Substation layout plan.
iii. Electrical layout plan & elevation of the Integrated GIS substation building.
iv. SCADA Block diagram.
v. Substation Earthing and DSLP layout.
vi. Fire hydrant layout and BOQ.
2. Preparation of BOQ and measurement sheets of the following equipment and works :
i. 132kV, 33kV and 6.6kV major equipment.
ii. Switchyard erection materials like conductor, hardware, clamps, connectors, post and string insulators.
iii. 132kV Gas Insulated switchgear.
iv. 33kV Indoor GIS Switchgear.
v. 6.6kV Indoor Switchgear.
vi. 132kV Control and Relay panels.
vii. Power and control cables and cabling materials like cable trays, termination kits etc.
viii. Earthing and lightning protection materials.
ix. LV AC and DC auxiliary systems, ACDB, MLDB, Battery, Battery chargers, DCDB.
x. Substation automation system (SAS) and Telecommunication system.
xi. Indoor and outdoor lighting system.
xii. Steel structures for the gantry tower, beams and equipment support structures.
xiii. Architectural work for the Integrated substation building.
xiv. Civil work for the foundation of Switchyard equipment and towers, Substation building, 20MVA Transformer foundation and oil pit, 10MVA Transformer foundation and oil pit, 630kVA Aux. Transformer, Outdoor Capacitor bank, Burnt oil tank, Outdoor cable trenches, drainage system, boundary wall, fence, gate, Fire fighting pump house and reservoir, internal roads and approach road.
xv. Fire Detection and Alarm System.
xvi. NIFPS fire protection system for the Power transformer and hydrant network for the Switchyard.
xvii. HVAC system of the Integrated building.
xviii. Submission of measurement sheets for the above BOQs.
